At First Lite, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience in the field. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the provided prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Gear
Place your unwashed and unworn items, including all original packaging and tags, into a shipping box and securely attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
